These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LogPulse, an application activity monitoring and user activity tracking software operated by Tech Contributors ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using LogPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

LogPulse provides application activity monitoring, user action tracking, audit trail systems, and API-based logging for Laravel, WordPress, and custom applications.

The Service may include dashboards, APIs, plugins, analytics tools, and other related features.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

LogPulse may offer a 7-day free trial without requiring a credit card. After the trial period, continued use may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be displayed on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use LogPulse for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Use the Service to violate privacy or data protection laws
• Interfere with system integrity or security

5. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the data you transmit to LogPulse, including user activity logs and application events.

You confirm that you have the legal right to collect and process such data within your application.

LogPulse acts as a data processor for customer-submitted logs. Customers remain the data controllers of their application data.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in LogPulse, including software, branding, APIs, and content, remain the exclusive property of Tech Contributors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of LogPulse.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of LogPulse after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
